Bango
Andy – “Bango, Bango. Yummy!”
Nana – “It’s Mango. M-M-Mango.”
Andy – “M-M-Bango!”
A Couple Things To Remember
You have to experience these to really enjoy them but I thought if I wrote them down, I’d remember them better. It really is pretty adorable when you hear them.
When Andy is crying he’s been saying things like
“It’s okaaaaay!”
or “I’m sooooo sad!”
Thank you
Nana – “Say Thank You, Nana!”
Andy – “Welcome!”
Sorry
For the last couple months or so Andy has been saying sorry. He says it real cute, too. I can’t get the inflection, accent, tone, whatever here but it comes out kinda sounding like ‘sa-ee’. Whenever any of us hear anyone saying sorry, we hear Andy say ‘sa-ee’. I was never convinced that he knew what he was saying but, if not, he sure did say it at opportune moments. Like today. He was babbling and the following conversation took place:
Nana – “I don’t know.”
Andy – “Why?”
Nana – laughing, “Because I can’t understand what you’re saying!”
Andy – (you guessed it) “Oh, sa-ee!”
Already
Andy has been watching a lot of Super Why lately. We have magnetic letters on the fridge and Evie points to them and he calls them out. He recognized about 6-8 that she tested him on while I was watching. He’s still about a week or so away from a year and a half. I did a video to prove it on 1/31 but it was too big to upload, apparently. Since then, he’s not been quite as cooperative but yesterday I got a really good one of him doing like 5 in a row. It was too long, too! So I went back to the 31st video and trimmed it so it’s only 3 letters. But he can do a lot more.
Not Quite a Month To Go
He won’t be a year and a half for a little less than a month still but he can already reach stuff on the counter!!

Ahhhhh!
