Andy gets very excited when I come out of my room. In fact, all one has to do is say something about ‘with Nana’ and he starts yelling my name. The other day, Mama said something about Nana and we hear Evie from her room going “NOOOOO, Mama. You said the N word?”

He’s Walking
Officially. But whenever I try to get it on video, he only takes 2 steps and sits. I turn the camera off and he walks all the way across the room.

Sitting Up
Andy is now sitting up from a prone position. He still refuses to crawl but when he’s lying down, he’ll sit up and go back down to prone on his own.
First Word
As I said, Andy has been making all the usual baby noises. The ‘rents have been insisting he’s been calling for me. I say he’s just making his noises (and they’re just trying to get me to take him, lol). But I swear, last night he looked right at me and said “Nana”.
Cough, Cough
You know how babies mimic back what you say when they are learning to talk? Well, the whole house has been sick for the last couple months. So along with all the DaDas, NaNas and BaBas that Andy is spouting he has started fake coughing!!! So funny.
